We're looking for a Youth Intervention Practitioner to join our team!

We are seeking someone who can work in a multi-agency and community setting, alongside professionals from social care, the police services and the voluntary sector. The role entails safeguarding vulnerable young people from child exploitation and helping them to rebuild their lives. Experience in engaging hard to reach children and young people aged 7 to 26 years and delivering training sessions are necessary skills. A qualification in youth work, social care or equivalent is preferred.
