Alan Smith - Chairman of the Board
Alan is retired after a 25 year career in town planning within a number of local authorities across the country. His final post was as Head of Planning Services in Peterborough. Alan has recently completed a Masters degree in Public Service Management. He has worked for charities as a volunteer at home and abroad and continues this work in the local community in a number of areas. He was elected Chairman in November 2005.

Tony Holden - Director & Trustee
Tony joined the Board in 2015 from a background working in the voluntary sector. Tony was a director of Holden McAllister Ltd until his retirement. As an evaluator, Tony led the evaluation of the Middlesbrough Families Project and the Norwich Families Intervention Project. He also led the evaluations of the Hull Children's Fund, the North East Lincolnshire Children's Fund and the East Riding of Yorkshire Children's Fund. He has co-authored the Home Office publications on the role of education in enhancing life chances and preventing offending.
Angela Hunt - Director & Trustee
Angela Joined the Board in 2018. Angela is the co-founder and Managing Director of To The Moon and Back Foster Care based in Cambridge. A recent former CEO of a fostering agency in the South East of England, she has held a variety of director and non-executive director roles in adult social care organisations across the UK.
She is passionate about improving outcomes for young people living in care and seeks to build relationships with different community stakeholders to support the creation of opportunities for young people to achieve their true potential in life.
In her spare time she likes cycling, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
Helen Rawden - Director & Trustee
Helen joined the Board in 2018 after stepping down from grant funding for the charity.
Helen joined Dialdruglink in 2005 as a Project Worker in St Neots and became co-coordinator of St Neots Adults Services in 2007. Helen developed our current young people's services and as CEO oversaw the transition to Link to Change in 2010. Helen holds a Law degree, a Masters in Applied Public Policy: Children and Young People's Services, and a management qualification.
